Not Attending Convocation?
Undergraduate Students
If you are unable to attend the Spring ceremony, diplomas and medals can be picked up in the Registrar’s Office (300 Tory Building) beginning June 17, 2026, until February 15, 2027. Diplomas can be picked up with a picture ID or by a third party.
If a third party is picking up your diploma, you must first create a Third Party Release in Carleton360 to authorize us to release the diploma to that person, and they must bring their valid photo identification and your student number to claim it.
For more information, please visit our Graduation Information website.
Graduate Students
For Graduate students, your diploma will be available for pick-up in the Graduate Studies Office (512 Tory Building) beginning June 17, 2026, until July 10, 2026.
