Spring Convocation will be held Monday, June 16 to Friday June 20, 2025. Faculty members wishing to participate in the procession must register in advance. For inquiries, please contact Kathy McKinley.

Location

Convocation will take place in the Fieldhouse on campus. We ask that you NOT park in the parking lots near the Athletics Centre, but instead use your regular parking spaces on campus so that Athletics Centre parking can be reserved for graduates and guests.

Faculty Robing and Meeting Area

The Faculty Robing & Meeting Area is located in the Ravens’ Nest within the Athletics Centre. Faculty are asked to arrive at the robing area 45 minutes prior to their ceremony to pick up their regalia and prepare for the procession.

Borrowed hoods and gowns are to be returned to the Faculty Robing Area immediately after each ceremony.
