Spring Convocation will be held from Monday June 17 to Friday June 21, 2024. Faculty members wishing to participate in the procession must register using the form below. For inquiries, please contact Kathy McKinley.
Location
Convocation will take place in the Fieldhouse on campus. We ask that you NOT park in the parking lots near the Athletics Centre, but instead use your regular parking spaces on campus so that Athletics Centre parking can be reserved for graduates and guests.
Faculty Robing and Meeting Area
The Faculty Robing & Meeting Area is located in the Ravens’ Nest within the Athletics Centre. Faculty are asked to arrive at the robing area 45 minutes prior to their ceremony to pick up their regalia and prepare for the procession.
Borrowed hoods and gowns are to be returned to the Faculty Robing Area immediately after each ceremony.

Spring Convocation will be held the week of June 17-21, 2024. The schedule of ceremonies is available on the Ceremony Information page. Please note that February 2024 grads will celebrate their Convocation in June 2024.
Faculty Sign-up
The deadline for faculty members who need to order regalia is May 24, 2024. The deadline for faculty members who do not need to order regalia is May 31, 2024.
