By entering the event premises and campus grounds, you consent to photography, audio and video recording during Convocation, including on campus and in and around the Athletics Complex and other event areas. These recordings may be used for live streaming, news, promotional purposes, advertising, websites, social media or other purposes by Carleton University.

Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote future events. By entering, you release Carleton University, its officers, employees and all persons involved from any liability related to the recording, use or publication of these materials.

If you DO NOT want your image, video or audio recorded, please do not enter the event premises.

The personal information identified is collected under the authority of the Carleton University Act, and is processed in accordance with Sections 38(2), 41(1) and 42(1) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), R.S.O. 1990, c.F.31 as amended.
